Ernie is George's closest, and yet most clueless, friend. As a single bachelor, Ernie is an eager beaver around the ladies. But when it comes to being a reliable co-worker and a loyal friend, Ernie is the man.

VALENTE RODRIGUEZ: Born in Edcouch, Texas, the last of eight children in a family of migrant workers, Valente Rodriguez spent his childhood reading and studying. As a result, he became the first member of his family to graduate from high school and attend college. In 1988, Valente moved to L.A., where he landed an agent and a leading role in the film "Salsa." From there, he won roles in numerous films and TV shows, including "Bound By Honor," "Twenty Bucks," "Mad About You" and "Beverly Hills 90210."
