Heidi Keppert is the "Tool Time girl," Tim and Al's attractive assistant. She is married, but that doesn't stop Brad from developing a long-term crush on her.

DEBBIE DUNNING: Debra Dunning was born on July 11, 1966 in Burbank, California. She attended John Burroughs High School in Burbank California where she was a cheerleader and was named Homecoming Queen. In 1984 she won the Miss Burbank beauty contest. She is most well known for playing Heidi Keppert on "Home Improvement" from 1992 to 1996. Dunning, known as the Tool Girl on Tim's show "Tool Time," took over the roll after the first "Tool Girl" Pamela Anderson bowed out after season 1. Debbie has been married to Steve Timmons since 1997 and has two children, Spencer and Stony.
